Aims and Scope

Majalah Patologi Indonesia (The Indonesian Journal of Pathology - IJP) is a peer-reviewed scientific journal dedicated to the publication of original research, comprehensive literature reviews, illustrative case reports, and insightful reflections on various aspects of human pathology.

The primary **aim** of IJP is to provide a forum for advancing the understanding of pathological processes and evaluating the application of diagnostic methodologies in line with current scientific and technological developments. We seek to stimulate the dissemination of diverse and up-to-date information within the field.

Scope

IJP welcomes submissions covering, but not limited to, the following core areas of Pathology:

  • Pathology (General and Systemic)
  • Histopathology (Tissue examination)
  • Cytopathology (Cellular examination)
  • Immunopathology (Immunohistochemistry and immune-related diseases)
  • Experimental Pathology (In vitro and animal models)
  • Molecular Pathology (Genetic and molecular basis of disease)
  • Clinical Pathology (Related diagnostic methods)
